This page explains how this website handles information. It doesn't replace the privacy practices that govern your health records at the clinic; ask the front desk for those.

What this website collects

• The contact form collects your name, email, optional phone number, the topic you choose and your message. It's delivered to the clinic so we can reply. Please don't include detailed medical information.
• Standard server logs kept by our web host (Netlify) for security and reliability, such as IP address and the pages requested.

The site doesn't use advertising trackers or sell information to anyone.

Booking

Online booking happens on Jane (natura.janeapp.com), a separate service with its own privacy policy. Information you enter when booking, including intake forms, is stored by Jane on the clinic's behalf.

Photos of our practitioners are our own. Other photographs on this site are licensed stock images from Unsplash and do not show Natura patients.
